  1. Tell MARA what needs collecting.

    Share the requested service, approximate device count, and timing. Start with general logistics; confidential case details and evidence do not belong in the website inquiry.

  2. Agree the scope. Coordinate with the custodian.

    We discuss the authorized collection scope, the receiving team’s needs, and the supported delivery format. Once engaged, MARA coordinates the collection with the custodian.

  3. Perform and document the collection.

    The custodian installs MARA Remote Acquire on a Windows PC or Mac and connects their iPhone or Android phone. MARA guides the process, including any phone prompts and actions required for the collection.

  4. Deliver in the agreed supported format.

    Receive the evidence package with collection documentation for the next step. Substantive examination, investigative findings, and expert work are separately agreed services.
