The current targeted workflow uses an iPhone and Windows. Full collection paths also support Android and Mac. MARA confirms the setup and coordinates the practical steps with the custodian.

Do we need to buy the software?

No. You can engage MARA to guide a remote mobile collection without purchasing forensic software or asking your legal team to operate it.

Can we start with a single phone?

Yes. Tell us whether you have one device or a collection involving multiple custodians or matters, along with your timing. There is no need to identify an exact phone model or operating system in the initial inquiry.

What is included in the delivery?

The agreed evidence package and collection documentation, delivered in the supported format confirmed for your engagement. Discuss the receiving legal, forensic, or discovery team’s requirements before collection. Substantive analysis, findings reports, and expert work are separate services, agreed independently where offered.

How is the data handled after collection?

Delivery is arranged through the agreed evidence handoff for the engagement. The initial website inquiry is for general logistics and does not accept evidence. Access, storage, retention, and deletion terms need to be established in the engagement; this page does not set a retention period.
